β€’ Manage and optimize clients' paid search campaigns across primary platforms. β€’ Oversee account performance, budgets, and optimizations, ensuring we meet key KPIs. β€’ Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid search strategies for primarily B2B SaaS clients. β€’ Execute, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms. β€’ Conduct keyword research and analyze search query reports (SQRs). β€’ Take full ownership of paid search accounts, including campaign set-up, budget allocation, and performance tracking. β€’ Perform in-depth analyses of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations. β€’ Design A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance. β€’ Work closely with account management and creative teams for overall campaign success. β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience managing Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaigns, with a proven track record of successful account management and performance optimization. β€’ Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads (certifications in these platforms are a bonus). β€’ Experience with other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or other paid media channels) is a plus. β€’ Demonstrable experience with paid search strategy, budgeting, keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and performance optimization. β€’ Proficient in using Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other reporting tools to analyze and optimize paid search campaigns. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. β€’ Experience with tracking, attribution, and conversion reporting, as well as the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, providing clear insights and recommendations. β€’ Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video) are highly valued. β€’ Additional certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus.
