• Join our dynamic team in Customer Success • Support clients, recognize sales opportunities, and enhance their success experience • Be the first point of contact for our clients and onboard them to optimize service use • Manage international customer inquiries and complaints via various communication channels • Identify and communicate upsell/cross-sell opportunities • Coordinate onboarding processes of new clients and conclude client relationships • Prepare sales tables and databases • Upload and manage digital content and training materials • Plan and coordinate internal and external appointments and meetings • Enter client data and project information into relevant systems • Draft and send messages for internal and external communication • Prepare and maintain regular reports and documentation • Assist with webinars and live events • Conduct feedback discussions with clients for service improvement • Proactively reach out to clients
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification • Experience in customer support, preferably in a marketing or customer support environment • Proficient in office organization and data maintenance • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools • Proficient in MS Office and communication tools like WhatsApp and Slack • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Structured and independent way of working • Strong communication and teamwork skills • High service orientation, resilience, and problem-solving skills • Fluent in German and English, with international experience required
