Requirements

Experience building/managing funnels in e-comm or B2C for large sites. Demonstrate results (sales, launch data, conversions). Deep understanding of relevant tech stacks. Ability to engage with creative teams. Experience reporting weekly on progress. Demonstrable experience A/B testing and using data to drive decisions. German/Afrikaans speaker is a bonus. High agency. Strong communicator. Action-orientated. Remote specialist. Highly motivated.
