Description

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services. • Professionally represent the company’s brand and successfully sell the Company’s fire & security products within an allocated geographical area, ensuring achievement of an agreed target. • Manage the existing client base and focus on retention and development of each account in an assigned geographical area. • Identify & target potential clients in the fire and security industry, generating new sales opportunities for all Marlowe Fire & Security products. • Attend appointments to sell the company’s products and services ensuring customer satisfaction of service delivery, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times. • Collate appropriate information to present performance data and ensure all correct documentation utilised. • Constant attainment of agreed targets based upon a mix of new business, existing business and additional revenue streams. • Conduct Fire & Security audits at client’s premises and generate recommendations. • Develop & implement strategies to achieve sales targets. • Build & maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities. • Build & deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Negotiate and close deals. • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the fire and security industry. • Possess a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry. • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Show a deep understanding of fire and security solutions and technologies. • Are driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Are proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools. • Hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel as required.

Benefits
