Description

• A self-motivated person who gives day to day support and Guidance to the engineering team in their area • Plan and monitor the maintenance tasks and work in conjunction with the Scheduler for the area to ensure effective and profitable use of the engineering resource for region • Ensure performance and service is in line with compliance and monthly schedules • Respond to customer needs, complaints, and concerns with a sense of urgency as and when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as an accomplished multi-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer • Supervisory experience in a previous engineering role • Technical background in the electrical / electronic industry would be beneficial • Experience of front-line customer service will be preferential • A full UK Driving Licence – mandatory
