πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ The Branch Manager (BM) achieves sales goals through the promotion of medical education and training and leads the sales channel within an assigned territory. β€’ The BM executes the sales plan for the assigned territory by integrating sales channel goals with Acumed’s Mission and strategic growth plan. β€’ The BM builds and maintains sales relationships and ensures product training and promotion activities are available and supported within the assigned territory. β€’ The BM may also monitor and coordinate product inventory, equipment, and material within assigned region in compliance with corporate policies and directives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required β€’ Three or more years of experience in orthopedic medical device sales management within the assigned territory β€’ Demonstrated ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology β€’ Knowledge of healthcare industry and trends β€’ Must be able to travel (fly and drive) regularly β€’ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional, team oriented environment β€’ Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, demonstrated ability to interact with other professionals to gather and disseminate information β€’ Strong attention to detail, tolerance for time pressure deadlines and the ability to manage multiple priorities β€’ Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver results with multiple and complex projects β€’ Credentialing Required: The responsibilities of this position include frequent surgery visits/observations
