📋 Description

• The Sr. Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with all legal and company policies. • Provides strategic support to leadership, works closely with cross-functional teams, and ensures smooth operations within the payroll and HR departments. • Assists with the processing of weekly and semi-monthly ADP payrolls ensuring timely issuance of paychecks to employees. • Enters and updates employee data in ADP, Workday, and time keeping systems ensuring data integrity. • Maintains and updates accurate payroll records including changes to employee status, wage rates, benefits, tax withholding, and deductions. • Provides high-level support to internal teams and employees, responding to payroll-related questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field preferred. • High School diploma/GED with progressive HR/Payroll experience may be considered in lieu of degree. • Minimum of 4 - 7 years of experience in payroll processing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint) required. • Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, and Kronos applications preferred. • In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation, tax compliance, and reporting requirements.
