• Reporting to the Group Marketing Director of Marmon Water, Inc., the digital marketing manager • Enhance the digital presence of Marmon Water and its different entities. • Develops and implements digital marketing campaigns for Marmon Water operating companies. • Create persona-specific content for e-mail, social media, company websites, blogs, paid search, and ad campaigns. • Measures, tracks, and optimizes digital marketing campaign performance (organic and paid). • Reports on the overall KPIs: website traffic, CTR, conversion rates, impression share, etc. • Researches and analyzes competitor marketing strategies. • Collaborates with product managers of operating companies on the development of specific content and targeted marketing campaigns for product launches • Provides technical digital marketing expertise, testing, and personalization programs for optimal results • Stays up to date on current best practices and developments in digital marketing and implements these practices across Marmon Water operating companies. • Review SEM strategies of the different Marmon Water entities, provide insights, support and key directions for improvements.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field • Experience in Content Strategy and Execution • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaigns and Web publishing. • Experience with Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEMRUSH • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. • Strong project management skills and ability to work well in a cross-functional environment. • Strong analytical skills • Excellent oral and written communication in English.
