β’ Enhance the digital presence of Marmon Water and its different entities. β’ Develops and implements digital marketing campaigns for Marmon Water operating companies. β’ Create persona-specific content for e-mail, social media, company websites, blogs, paid search, and ad campaigns. β’ Measures, tracks, and optimizes digital marketing campaign performance (organic and paid). β’ Reports on the overall KPIs: website traffic, CTR, conversion rates, impression share, etc. β’ Researches and analyzes competitor marketing strategies. β’ Collaborates with product managers of operating companies on the development of specific content and targeted marketing campaigns for product launches. β’ Provides technical digital marketing expertise, testing, and personalization programs for optimal results. β’ Stays up to date on current best practices and developments in digital marketing and implements these practices across Marmon Water operating companies. β’ Review SEM strategies of the different Marmon Water entities, provide insights, support and key directions for improvements.
β’ Minimum bachelorβs degree in marketing or similar field β’ Experience in Content Strategy and Execution β’ Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaigns and Web publishing. β’ Experience with Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEMRUSH β’ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. β’ Strong project management skills and ability to work well in a cross-functional environment. β’ Strong analytical skills β’ Excellent oral and written communication in English.
