• Establishing a comprehensive cross-channel playbook for demand generation comprising social media, events, media advertising, CRM, and more. • Collaborating with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product Marketing, Partners) to ideate, launch and optimize buyer-specific programs spanning the entire marketing funnel and sales cycle. • Taking the lead on A/B testing strategy to optimize learnings for emails, landing pages, content and digital ads. • Working closely with the Marketing Ops team to set up campaigns, track and report campaign impact, and optimize lead hand-off processes and Sales follow-ups in collaboration with Sales leadership. • Collaborating with Sales & Marketing leaders to ensure quality demand delivery is tied to Sales goals and making necessary adjustments as campaign execution unfolds. • Managing the coordination of field events, ensuring seamless execution and a positive attendee experience. • Monitoring external trends and recommending new strategies to boost efficiency and revenue.
• 4 to 6 years of proven success in demand generation, preferably in the B2B SaaS space, bonus points for eCommerce or Retail Tech experience. • A track record of success in delivering integrated and consistent messaging across multiple channels including email, paid advertising, webinar, events and more, to achieve sales goals. • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrating initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness, with the ability to understand what it means to walk in the shoes of a Sales Rep, provide insights, and recommend improvements to demand strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with partners and internal teams. • Familiarity with marketing automation and other optimization tools. • A mindset of dreaming big, iterating, and experimenting to drive innovation and creativity. • Willingness to travel (up to 20 – 30%, will vary based on the time of year) to support partner or field events.
