📋 Description
• Maintains, monitors, and supports the infrastructure environment and/or facilities. • Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to complex (complexity defined by size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces) with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility. • Acts as the technical liaison between operations teams, engineers, and architects, providing critical operational insight to upcoming implementations and strategies, including validation of ongoing solutions supportability. • Participates in the design, implementation, and execution of backup and disaster recovery plans for infrastructure solutions. • Actively monitors and publishes the availability plan, discussing the ability of the IT infrastructure to meet the availability requirements of the business. • Monitors application/database performance and recommends changes.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure. • A degree in B.Tech /BE required • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills • Should have hands on experience in cloud technologies, AWS (Amazon Web Services) and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) • Should have working experience in docker containers and Dockerfile • Should have working experience in Kubernetes orchestration. • Should have working experience with infrastructure orchestration tools (Terraform) • Should have working experience in code deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible) • Should have working experience in CI/CD pipelines, software-automation production systems (Build Kite, Jenkins,) • Should have understanding on versioning tools like Git, GitHub or Bitbucket • Should have working experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic) • Should have good understanding in UNIX based operating systems
