Description

• Develop and implement data strategies to support business objectives. • Conduct complex data analysis to uncover insights and trends. • Build and maintain data models and pipelines. • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies. • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights. • Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate findings. • Conduct customer segmentation and profiling. • Identify opportunities for marketing optimization. • Collaborate with marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness. • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence. • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python. • Strong statistical knowledge and ability to apply statistical methods to solve complex problems. • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex findings. • Data modeling and ETL experience. • Operationally focused with a strong reliance on process and standards. • Keen attention to detail & accuracy in reporting. • Comfortable to work across teams. • Collaborative and highly communicative. • Ready to learn and solve problems in a team environment. • Must know excel or Google sheets - power user status is highly desired.
