📋 Description

• Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. • You’ll be responsible for creating and executing strong performance marketing strategies and execution plans across Google, Facebook, and organic channels. • This role involves developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, managing budgets and campaigns to drive a strong return on investment, and ensuring successful planning and optimization for key traffic KPIs. • As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving traffic, acquiring new leads, and optimizing conversion rates. • You’ll use data analysis to inform your decisions and continually improve campaign performance. • Key Responsibilities include strategy & execution, campaign management, budget management, optimization, innovation & testing, collaboration, analysis, and market research. • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly with Google and Facebook platforms. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager. • At Least 5 years of performance marketing experience. • Proven track record of improving ROI. • Experience managing large budgets. • Ability to analyze and interpret data. • Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented and organized. • Experience with SEO and organic marketing strategies. • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
