Description
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements for all properties • Communicate with investors and landlords • Review general ledgers for accounts receivables and accounts payables to ensure accuracy • Understanding of profit and loss statements • Tenant/Owner on-boarding and off-boarding • Prepare tenant adjustments as necessary • Handle and review bank deposits • Auditing and bank reconciliation • Filing and documenting historical records • Retrieve utility invoices from online portal • Enter invoices into the property management software, AppFolio • Issue utility payments • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
• Fluent in English to include written and verbal communication • Bachelor's degree or accounting experience • Property Management Accounting experience • Experience using AppFolio Property Management software
Benefits
• Hourly Rate | $12.00 USD - $14.00 USD • Bonus Pay | U.S. Holidays + Time Off
