• Now Hiring Sales and Product Training Specialist • Location: Base out of Dallas Texas • Reports to: VP of Sales • We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and eager to support our sales team in an energetic environment • Join our team at U-Line and Marvel Refrigeration, two industry-leading brands in luxury undercounter refrigeration and ice products • The Sales and Product Training Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to ensure that employees, customers, and partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed • This individual will support sales teams, create and maintain training materials, and travel extensively to support on-site sales and training activities

Requirements

• Experience in sales or sales training, preferably within the appliance or related industry • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience in training, public speaking, or sales support roles • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Prior experience in the appliance industry preferred • A positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to fully immerse in brand and product knowledge • Ability to work shifts and hours mandated by management and to pass a drug screen
