📋 Description
• MaryRuth’s is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. • This position is a high-visibility role that involves regular interaction with various stakeholders across the company. • The role requires providing enhanced financial reporting and analysis in order to offer strategic financial guidance. • The Finance Manager will review performance of channels on a monthly basis, assist with the close process, and analyze potential variances. • This is a full-time (40 hr/wk), paid, salary-exempt, remote position. • It is preferred that the individual in this role be able to work PST hours.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred. • CPA a plus. • 5+ years experience in a CPG company, preferably in similar industries as MRO. • Experience in a company with presence in both DTC and Retail. • Advanced Excel proficiency required. • Powerpoint and/or Tableau proficiency required. • Netsuite experience preferred. • Strong cross-functional communicator. • Adept in analytical thinking. • Must have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly. • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
