• At Masabi, we’re driving the fare payment revolution, powering the journeys of millions all over the world. • We build fare collection platforms that allow riders to seamlessly buy and present tickets for public transport. • Your own journey is important to us too. • We support you no matter what. • We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the software powering our validator devices. • These devices are critical to the rider experience, used on buses, at stations, and by fare inspectors. • You will own a complex ecosystem of device applications, APIs, and SDKs. • This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company. • You’ll be part of Masabi’s Product team, collaborating closely with engineering teams, UX designers, and transit agency partners. • While your primary focus will be validator software, there is also potential to work on broader fare validation and operational tools.
• Passionate about solving complex, real-world problems through thoughtful software design. • Strong technical background - either from software engineering experience or as a technical product manager. • Experience working with embedded software, SDKs, APIs, or hardware-integrated products, ideally in mobility, transit, or related industries. • Skilled at balancing user needs, technical complexity, and business goals to make data-driven product decisions. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to take products from concept to launch, collaborating closely with engineering and customers. • Excellent communicator in English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans. • A team player who brings curiosity, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to their work.
