Description

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test strategies and cases for testing applications based on customer requirements • Review and enhance test strategies and cases, adding value to end-to-end testing plans • Collaborate with product management to translate new features into test cases • Review, analyse requirements and technical design documents providing timely feedback • Support teammates by sharing knowledge and learning from each other • Perform manual or automated e2e testing to identify and report bugs, ensuring high-quality software • Convert manual test cases into automated scripts and maintain existing test frameworks

Requirements

• Proficient in Java for writing and maintaining automation scripts • Familiar with Kotlin and Kafka connectors, consumers, and producers • Strong manual testing skills with experience in automated testing of complex systems • Skilled in developing test strategies and cases for cross-functional features in complex environments, ensuring appropriate test coverage across the delivery cycle • Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman and browser debugging tools • Collaborative with developers on testing features and advocating for QA processes • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation into deployment workflows • Knowledgeable in BDD and TDD, with the ability to explain their concepts effectively • Independent, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and methodologies • Able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, advocating for QA best practices
