Requirements

• Bring strong manual and automated testing experience in complex systems • Experience in test automation skills and knowledge of automated test tools for mobile and web applications • Demonstrate experience in developing comprehensive test strategies and test cases for cross-functional features in complex environments • Proven track record of implementing end-to-end QA/testing processes, documenting them effectively, and driving continuous improvement • Possess the ability to provide detailed defect metrics and suggest strategies to enhance quality • Experience collaborating effectively with engineers on testing features and advocating for QA processes • Exhibit outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and uncover the root cause of complex issues • Skilled in using test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or PractiTest, with essential experience in Jira and familiarity with source code management tools like GitLab • A collaborative team player who consistently goes above and beyond to achieve team goals • Exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering trust and rapport with customers • Proficient in crafting clear and concise documents and reports • Cross-browser testing experience • Experience in validating APIs using tools like Postman • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle • Demonstrate proficiency in debugging logs using browser and mobile application developer tools • Basic knowledge of SQL • Transit, Transport Agency, or fare collection knowledge or exposure is desirable but not essential.
