• The Salesforce Administrator is a proactive individual who can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. • Gather requirements and feedback, and design scalable best practice solutions. • Comfortable with change management, governance, communication. • Provide product support for the Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales organizations. • Skilled in all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. • Participate in cross-functional teams that address issues involving CRM and business operations, and act in a consultative capacity to ensure Salesforce optimization. • Document business and technical requirements. • Proactive communication of any platform changes or issues to appropriate stakeholders. • Ensure and define high quality of SFDC data objects and data models are governed, and limit customizations. • Define standards for the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions across the different SFDC technologies.
• Must have engineering degree. • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required) • Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification (preferred) • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (preferred)
