🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation Specialist in the CRM space • Strong skills in working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot • Attention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices • Strong knowledge of digital marketing • Understanding of relational databases and data structures • Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams • Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment (e.g., agency, client-facing role..etc) • Experience working an agency setting or client facing roles • C1 level of English proficiency • Braze Certifications ( i.e Practitioner, Marketer) • Extensive experience working with Braze platform, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing its features • Experience in data analysis leveraging SQL
