• Lead and mentor a team of UI engineers for successful project delivery. • Design and develop user interfaces ensuring a consistent and responsive user experience. • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and content creators to translate requirements. • Customize and extend AEM and Sitecore components/templates for specific requirements. • Integrate AEM and Sitecore XM Cloud with third-party systems and APIs. • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of UI components for optimal performance. • Optimize UI components for scalability ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions. • Create and maintain technical documentation for UI components and integrations. • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in UI development. • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for successful completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in UI development, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/Java), Sitecore XM Cloud (.NET), React/Next.Node.js front end frameworks, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Next and Node.js). • Strong understanding of AEM and Sitecore XM Cloud architecture, components, templates, and workflows. • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. • Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and building custom components. • Experience with Sitecore Helix principles and best practices. • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and implement new technologies.
