📋 Description
• The Software Engineer II is a pivotal member of the Business Systems team, responsible for designing, developing, administering, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. • Design, develop, and test software to resolve defects and implement user stories. • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement updates to maintain optimal functionality. • Continuously work to develop a deep expertise in Mastercam’s critical business processes. • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for software development.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform. • Proficiency in declarative development such as fields, objects, flows, and permissions. • Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and best practices. • Experience with standard software development practices such as source control, peer reviews, and unit testing. • Experience with agile software development. • Experience with Mulesoft and integration techniques. • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (Steelbrick). • Above average communication skills, both written and verbal.
