• We're hiring an email marketing automation specialist on a month-to-month contract with possibility for a permanent position. • You will be responsible for collaborating with the account management team to implement automations and campaigns on behalf of eCommerce clients as well as contribute insights into developing a well-informed email marketing strategy. • To that effect, you will perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign setup, scheduling, testing, deployment, and pruning. • Here's what you can expect to lead: Build and implement custom and standard automations as well as one-off marketing campaigns. • Translate designs (provided) into responsive HTML. • Build a promotional and content marketing calendar. • Identify, flag, and implement marketing opportunities. • Execute A/B tests, analyze data, and make recommendations in order to achieve maximum ROI. • Write and proof-read email copy and subject lines for clarity, grammar, and spelling. • Create segments for optimal delivery and conversion rates. • Track, analyze and report on results of campaigns, deliverability and email-based KPIs. • Identify blind spots and opportunities in deliverability, messaging, and revenue.
• No degree necessary. • Proficient in mobile/responsive e-mail design and development • 1 year experience working with Klaviyo or Drip. • 1 year experiene with Shopify and Shopify apps. • 1 year experience and thorough understanding of liquid • 1 years experience with Photoshop • Ability to execute based on SOPs • Ability to think independently and build custom workflows/automation • Previous experience with Trello and Asana, or another project management tool desirable but not necessary • Experience with deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC (highly desirable) • Must be located, or willing to work 9-5 Monday to Friday in Eastern Standard Time.
