📋 Description
• Organize and write a variety of training documentation and/or research materials and complete a variety of tasks. • Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles. • Design, develop, and/or re-design, content for e-learning, web-based and/or instructor-led classes. • Work with subject matter experts to research, write and edit training. • Master content from existing sources well enough to communicate it. • Create instructional supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.). • Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.). • Manage work to allocated effort and schedule. • Demonstrate superior oral and written communication skills. • Other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-8 years of experience in Instructional Design. • Prior experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs) on projects. • Prior experience in consulting-based instructional design or eLearning development a plus. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Articulate 360 Storyline required. • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, RoboHelp, other Articulate 360 tools, Dreamweaver, SnagIt, and/or other eLearning programs is a plus. • Ability to write effectively and communicate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
