β’ Conduct relevant research and assist to prepare project workflows, and SOPs. β’ Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to track and manage project timelines. β’ Assist in administrative and operation matters for Customer Growth Team, such as tracking issue tickets status to ensure SLAs are met, managing the dashboard and admin portals. β’ Build analytical dashboards to generate insights on customer service issues and recommend improvements to optimize existing processes. β’ Support in marketing efforts on customer campaigns. β’ Perform other related duties as required.
β’ Undergrad students from any discipline. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. β’ Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn. β’ Strong communication skills. β’ Analytical mind and has an eye for details. β’ Able to think outside the box, innovate and differentiate. β’ Good organizing skills.
