Description

• Create transformative customer experiences through UX research and design • Attend live remote UX research sessions • Work with a lead researcher to identify key moments in sessions • Create and maintain notetaking documents • Employ excellent listening and coding skills • Work on a fast timeline with quick turnarounds

Requirements

• 1-5 years UX Research experience • Prior experience with qualitative research coding and notetaking • Ability to systematically organize and classify qual data • Excellent document/template creation and management skills • Excellent file management skills • Highly experienced in using notetaking and coding templates • Ability to identify key moments within the research sessions • Ability to timestamp moments or quotes • Attention to detail and quality evaluation • Experience with cleaning data • Excellent communication skills • Team player • Ability to work autonomously with little supervision • Excellent time and project management skills • Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities • Prior experience as an Associate or Senior level researcher (preferred) • Bachelor’s in UX Research or related field (preferred)
