• The Matian Firm, APC, is expanding its legal team • Candidates must have excellent client-service attitude and case management skills • At least 2 years immigration law experience and knowledge of procedural requirements of non-immigrant and FBI Payments • In this role the lead paralegal will participate in all aspects of our immigration law practice, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case preparation, review and analysis • Responsibilities include utilizing in-depth legal knowledge, managing client relationships, staying informed about procedural requirements, and utilizing case management and billing systems

Requirements

• At least 2 years of immigration law experience • Strong understanding of immigration-related laws and procedures • Excellent case management skills • Client-service mindset and effective communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
