📋 Description

• Shape the Future of Matrix42 as the Leading European Choice in Enterprise Service Management! • As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and scaling our partner network in Germany. • Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with top partners in Germany. • Identify and acquire new partners to strengthen our ecosystem. • Support partners in launching our software solutions and managed services, ensuring their success. • Create and negotiate partner contracts while ensuring revenue targets are met. • Develop and execute impactful market entry strategies in collaboration with our partners. • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities. • Plan and execute partner events, training sessions, and webinars—representing Matrix42 professionally at company and partner events.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales in the IT software industry. • A university degree in a relevant field. • Deep understanding of the structures and requirements of large system integrators, MSPs, and IT service providers. • Proven track record in business development and revenue growth through partner channels. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including C-level interactions. • A strong network within the German IT landscape —ideally across Europe. • A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach. • Experience in launching and scaling partner programs. • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken). • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe.
