🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of senior software engineering leadership experience, with expertise in cloud-native architectures, AI augmentation, and DevOps methodologies. • Proven success in scaling global engineering teams and leading complex post-merger technology integrations. • Extensive experience with multi-cloud, hybrid or cloud agnostic solutions across major providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), including onprem-to-cloud application migration programs. • Deep knowledge of modernizing monolithic systems into scalable microservices architectures. • Fluent in English; proficiency in Romanian, German, Polish, or Finnish is a plus. • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
