📋 Description
• Mavenoid is building out its sales engineering practice and looking for highly motivated individuals to help take the company to new heights. • Mavenoid is an AI powered Platform that helps businesses around the world deliver high-quality customer support by offering state of the art self-service. • Our proprietary machine learning models don’t require a data scientist, or developer. • Businesses can get deployed in as little as a few weeks. • And because we’re not your traditional chatbot, we see much higher resolution and containment rates across customers. • This position reports directly to the Head of Sales Engineering.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience serving in the capacity of a Technical Sales Engineer in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment. • 8+ years of professional working experience in a customer facing role • Programming experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other web based technologies • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
