• Projektmanagement großer Kunden im Organic Bereich • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Paid Content, Performance Marketing & Production Team • Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von relevanten Inhalten für Social-Media-Kanäle • Reportings zur Messung des Erfolgs von Social-Media-Maßnahmen • Erstellung von Redaktionsplänen basierend auf KPIs • Unterstützung des Sales Teams bei Pitches • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Influencern und Creatorn • Unterstützung bei der Shootingplanung und -umsetzung
🎯 Requirements
• Mind. 4 - 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Accountmanagement im Social Media Bereich • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld • Sehr gute Deutsch (C1) + Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift • Vertrautheit mit den Post- & Anzeigen-Formaten der verschiedenen Social-Media-Plattformen (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok und Pinterest) • Fähigkeit zur Erstellung von kreativen Content Konzepten basierend auf datenbasierten Strategien • Selbständige und zielgerichtete Bewerbung von Beiträgen • Überzeugende Präsentationsskills gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern • Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Shootings
