📋 Description
• As our Lead QA Engineer, you'll establish and lead our QA strategy, working directly with our Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of the Maximus platform. • This is a key leadership position where you'll build and manage our QA team while implementing scalable testing processes. • This is a player coach position where hands-on IC work will also be required.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of QA engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with Ruby/Rails and React testing frameworks • Background in healthcare technology or HIPAA-compliant systems preferred • Strong understanding of API testing • Proven track record of building and scaling QA processes in fast-growing organizations • Experience with performance testing and monitoring tools • Excellence in written communication and documentation • Background in agile methodologies and sprint-based development
