📋 Description
• Build and lead a team of exceptional sales representatives, coach and mentor the team to drive significant impact. • Conduct discovery calls with prospective customers to understand their health goals and recommend appropriate solutions. • Build rapport and trust by understanding customer pain points and crafting personalized recommendations that drive results. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to identify ways to optimize the sales process and customer experience. • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in TRT therapies, supplements, and fitness science.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5+ years of Sales experience and at least 2+ years of experience leading and managing a high performing sales team. • Confidently discuss the benefits of testosterone optimization, weight loss, muscle building, hair improvement, and general health improvements. • Navigate conversations about alternative therapies with agility, even when customers inquire about products we don’t offer (e.g., Mk 677, peptides).
