Description
• MaxMind (www.maxmind.com) is looking for a talented Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist to join our team. • You will play an important role supporting the company’s financial operations and ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and on time. • This is a full time remote position. • We welcome candidates to apply from anywhere in Canada. You must be eligible/authorized to work in Canada. • Do you have accounts receivable/payable, organizational, and communication skills and are ready to collaborate with others to ensure our finances are up to date? • Will you be able to work closely with various departments such as sales, business development, and operations?
Requirements
• 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable roles • Highly organized, detail oriented, and solid problem-solving skills • Positive team player • Strong customer service skills • Ready to learn new things • Can self manage tasks in a remote environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate clearly with customers and other employees
