Spend a lot of time with our customers and users to deeply understand their needs.•Develop key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with our product vision.•Empower your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment.•Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.•Coordinate cross-functionally with with leadership, go-to-market teams, integration partners, and other key stakeholders across the company.•Build processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growth.

🎯 Requirements

You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS company.•You have experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making.•You have high customer empathy and product craft, with a strong attention to detail.•You are an excellent written and verbal communicator, able to articulate the rational behind your recommendations.•You have a proven track record of shaping and launching products in ambiguous and evolving settings.•You have high sense of agency and thrive in environment that value extreme ownership.•You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.•You have a learning and growth mindset.•You are mission-first and understand that your success is measured by your product and team’s success.
