•At Mbanq, we enable fintechs, neobanks, challenger banks, and credit unions to bring innovative financial services to the market. •We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Solutions Engineer. •The role involves managing and enhancing our global office network infrastructure. •Support client-specific software deployments in data centers across the globe. •Involve configuring and managing custom networking hardware for critical financial services connections. •Ensuring seamless integrations between cloud (AWS) and on-premise systems. •Manage the network infrastructure across our global offices. •Design and maintain secure, scalable, and robust VPNs and firewalls between global offices and data centers. •Configure and maintain secure, reliable interconnectivity between AWS-hosted environments and physical data centers. •Assist with ongoing cloud infrastructure initiatives, including migrating workloads to or from AWS. •Provide expertise in cloud architectures and networking, focusing on cost optimization and scalability. •Collaborate closely with the software development and security teams for best practices.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. •5+ years of experience in network engineering, with experience in both cloud (AWS) and on-premise data center environments. •Proven experience in deploying and managing complex network infrastructures, including multi-region offices. •Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) •Strong understanding of PCI-DSS, SOC, and other relevant financial services regulations. •Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with network troubleshooting and security best practices. •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with global teams. •Experience in financial services or fintech. •Familiarity with other cloud providers (Google Cloud, Azure, etc.). •Certifications in network management (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
