Description

• As a Content Strategist at TID, you’ll be part of the team that edits, writes, and builds content for MBTA.com, which serves over a million people per month. • We strive to understand and advocate for our main audience, riders, in addition to many other audiences. • We’re seeking someone with strong writing, editing, and collaboration skills who is motivated to give people the information they need.

Requirements

• You have an interest in transit or transportation and how it operates. • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and checking in with the team daily. • You have formal experience with websites or web content strategy. This can look like coursework, on-the-job experience, or other experiences. • You are very comfortable using technology. • You have experience (part-time or full-time) working in the service industry or another field where you worked directly with the public. • You enjoy distilling complex information into clear, plain language. • You are highly organized, motivated, and have great attention to detail.
