📋 Description

• Guiding clients through the OCM process for medium- and large-scale projects including systems implementations. • Facilitation of stakeholder focus groups and surveys. • Identification of change benefits, potential impacts, and risks. • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues. • Development of on OCM plans, communication plans, training plans, and other key OCM related plans. • Refining communication plans and development of content. • Creation of training materials and delivery of training to client teams. • Planning and facilitation of OCM teams and ongoing meetings. • Assessment of readiness for change, and potential points of resistance. • Coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure a unified vision of OCM and successful change implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years OCM experience as an external, professional OCM consultant. • Prosci change management practitioner certification. • Experience performing organizational change management as part of system implementation projects. • Candidates must reside in the Puget Sound area or Portland/Vancouver area. • Candidates must have experience working in public sector. • Experience facilitating teams. • Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to senior-level staff. • Client relationship management skills. • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience facilitating remote meetings.
