📋 Description
• Provide subject matter expertise in FIN-related processes and SAP S/4HANA best practices. • Configure, test, and optimize SAP functionalities in alignment with business requirements. • Develop functional specifications and oversee system integration activities. • Ensure compliance with SAP and industry standards for security, reporting, and operational excellence. • Leverage experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools to enhance system functionality. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and consultants to implement solutions effectively. • Lead design workshops to gather requirements and develop strategic solutions. • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and stakeholders. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Identify and address challenges, risks, and optimization opportunities within the Training Development project. • Proactively propose improvements to existing processes and configurations. • Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide support during project go-live and post-go-live phases.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of SAP experience, with specialization in FIN-related modules and functionalities. • Strong understanding of Training Development processes, best practices, and integration points within SAP. • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects. • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools is a plus. • SAP certification in the relevant area is preferred.
