• Join the Counseling at Dupont team, where you can experience the benefits of a private practice environment without the hassle of administrative and billing responsibilities. • The Center will refer clients to you. • Counseling at Dupont is seeking a licensed, contract therapist to join our small office of psychotherapists operating in the heart of Dupont Circle, at Connecticut and Q Streets NW (metro accessible). • Counseling at Dupont provides individual, couples and group therapy services for individuals with commercial insurance, Amerihealth MCO coverage, or for those who can only afford to pay a reduced fee for therapy.

Requirements

• Must have an LICSW or LPC licensed in good standing with the District of Columbia. • Must have a National Provider Identification Number (NPI). • Minimum of three years post-licensure clinical experience in mental health services. • Minimum of two years providing diagnostic, assessment, psychotherapy/counseling services. • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and computer skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent computer skills, to include operating Microsoft Office Suite programs. • Knowledge and ability to navigate an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), including note writing and data entry. • Ability to respect and uphold client confidentiality. • Ability to exhibit a high level of organizational skills and able to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision.
