• Provide initial diagnostic assessment and psychosocial evaluation for new clients. • Provide individual psychotherapy services. • Meet productivity requirements set by the agency: 5.00 hours, daily average. • Serve as a therapist consultant to Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) and case managers. • Enter session notes within established agency medical record system and documentation timelines. • Provide crisis intervention services for assigned clients as needed. • Consult with psychiatrist and other behavioral health providers as needed. • Participate in staff development activities and in quality of care activities as necessary. • Provide in-person therapy 4 days per week and virtual 1 day per week. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must have an LICSW, LPC, LGSW, LMFT, or LGPC license in good standing with the District of Columbia. • Must have a National Provider Identification Number (NPI). • Knowledge of CBT and Trauma Informed Framework experience, preferred. • Experience with substance use disorders and trauma-related disorders, preferred. • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and computer skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
