🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development principles and practices. • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, showcasing your ability to guide and mentor teams while delivering complex software solutions. • Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and MVC architecture, strongly emphasizing system design and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Experience with Azure Cloud is needed. • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and iterative software delivery processes. • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of making sound decisions that drive results and foster continuous improvement in software development. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams and departments, ensuring alignment with business goals and project success.
