Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred • At least 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or related role • At least 6 years of experience working directly with engineering teams • A strong understanding of software development lifecycle, principles, programming language(s), and frameworks • Good grasp of system architecture, including how different system components interact, scalability considerations, and designing systems that meet performance requirements • Able to anticipate technical risks and challenges, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track • Familiarity with Agile principles and ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standup, demos, and retrospectives, especially within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) • Experience working with Jira and Confluence • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams • Self-motivation and initiative to solve problems and deliver on new initiatives • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices • Prior experience in a technical role or a strong understanding of different moving parts in technology projects • Team player mentality
