Description

• Deliver value added risk control services to assigned clients in Real Estate and Hospitality • Assist Producers in the acquisition and retention of business • Impact retention of existing client base • Lower the accident frequency and loss ratio of assigned clients • Assist in new business acquisition by participating in proposals and sales calls • Act as first point of contact for clients' risk management needs • Develop safety business plans with clients and insurance staff • Provide client training seminars • Use data and analytics to help clients identify loss drivers • Promote internal risk management resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Five years of experience in risk management consulting • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel in assigned territory including overnight • Problem solving ability and negotiating skills • Above average interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team-based environment • Goal and result oriented • Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision
