• Gain hands-on experience supporting business operations through data analysis and strategic insights. • Work closely with various departments and report directly to the Business Analysis Manager. • Assist in analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to support business decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. • Help develop, maintain, and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders. • Support project management tasks, including documentation and progress tracking. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies. • Assist in the implementation of business plans and strategies. • Help maintain and improve data management systems. • Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to deliver error-free reports on deadlines. • Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
