• Lead and manage small to medium-sized implementations of MPS technologies • Ensure the completion of high-quality implementation projects as assigned • Understand and differentiate specific customer business requirements • Identify deliverables to be used as a blueprint for the system build • Lead standard consultative processes such as system configuration • Create and maintain an Implementation Plan using MS Project • Provide reporting to direct management on implementation status • Collaborate with customers on strategy, preparation, and execution • Provide post-go-live monitoring to compare Site Metrics to KPI goals • Maintain accurate and timely project documentation • Successfully execute multiple implementation projects concurrently • Use sound judgment within defined policies and practices

Requirements

• Four or more years of Implementation or Training experience • Experience working in a Chain, Specialty, or Digital pharmacy environment • Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and manage resolution • Ability to lead training and consultation sessions, conduct configuration workshops, and other customer-facing decision-oriented discussions on Core functionality • Ability to document, manage, and mitigate risks and issues • High degree of self-awareness with the ability to stay positive and professional in the face of adversity and separate decision-making from emotion • Ability to follow and document project progress using an established implementation plan • Proven effective professional communication skills at all levels of an organization • Ability to identify and communicate functional and performance boundaries without damaging relationships • Ability to apply effective and practical strategies to overcome internal and external blocks • Ability to demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different situations and making strategic decisions that deliver quality and protect the organization • Ability to successfully complete tasks independently or with minimal oversight • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required • Strong consulting background • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Strong written and verbal skills
