📋 Description

• Support the implementation and execution of the program's initiatives. • Ensure timely delivery and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). • Manage cross-functional and cross-business teams for successful integration. • Oversee project workstreams through delivery. • Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication. • Collaborate with consortium members and vendors. • Monitor project progress and develop resolutions. • Act as a liaison between McKesson business units. • Develop and execute communications and change management strategies. • Ensure adherence to privacy and security regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field. • 7 + years of project management experience in healthcare or related industry. • Experience with large-scale program implementation and cross-functional / cross-business team leadership. • Familiarity with oncology and precision medicine is a plus. • Project Management certification (PMP) / Six Sigma certification preferred. • Proven experience leading high-impact projects and initiatives. • Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience presenting to senior leadership. • Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management tools. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and navigate an unstructured, hybrid environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail. • Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards.
