📋 Description
• Lead multi-disciplined real estate projects from requirements to construction completion • Manages all aspects of project management including scope, budget, schedule, and risk management • Develop clear objectives, deliverables and timelines for project success • Regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders • Develop action plans to correct project variances • Continuously seek understanding of organizational goals to align project strategies • Oversee preparation of accurate and complete reports
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7+ years of construction project management experience • Experience with healthcare projects preferred • Strong project management experience with track record of success in construction projects • Experience delivering client reporting presentations • Ability to motivate and influence at all levels of the organization • Ability to understand complex business problems and create supportive programs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
