Description
• Proactive sourcing of qualified candidates using diverse methods and strategies to build and sustain robust talent pipelines • Ensure accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions in our ATS • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand client needs and role specifics, facilitating the finding of the best fit • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest sourcing trends and best practices to continuously improve effectiveness
Requirements
• At least 1 year of professional experience in IT sourcing, preferably in technical positions • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools • Understanding of IT roles and technology stacks to identify relevant candidates • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and managing the recruitment process smoothly • Ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously • Creative problem-solving skills to handle challenging searches and adapt strategies as needed • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment • Experience with ATS and/or CRM systems • Proficiency in written English at an Intermediate level or higher
